Body Mason’s method is about building up, not stripping away. It's about gaining an understanding of your individual structure and mechanics while increasing strength and balancing health. We are Masons because we build from the foundation up!

Former modern dancer, Emma-Kate Millar, opened Body Mason in 2015 after suffering a serious injury in 2003 and finding both relief and community through the Pilates method. Her many years of knowledge and hands-on experience of helping bring awareness to the body led her to create a space for diverse groups of people to improve their physical health in a safe, judgment-free environment.

Pilates is about working close to the joints, improving range of motion, posture and alignment while simultaneously increasing strength. It's not about forcing your body to fit an ideal but focusing on your body's individual needs to endlessly modify Pilates. Our goal is to help you get the most from your body: to understand its structure and mechanics, to recognize its unique talents and work to overcome its limitations. Through clear guidance and assistance from highly qualified instructors, and a warm inviting community—free of judgement and ego— we help you to work on building a stronger, healthier, and happier you.  We offer flexible and convenient schedules, easy online booking and a variety of class styles so you can get moving anytime, anywhere. Our small online class sizes allow for more one-on-one and customized instructions, ensuring that we best serve our customers and keep the workout safe and effective.
