Essential Level

Tone and Recharge Mat I/II

Recharge from your week in this nurturing all-levels Pilates class that helps bring your awareness back into your body while you shed some daily stress from both your body and mind. Each class begins with invigorating conditioning and toning, and ends with deeply relaxing more restorative work. This class is a great introduction to the Pilates method.


Intermediate Level

Body Conditioning Mat II

The most popular class at Body Mason! Gain a more detailed understanding of correct alignment with specific attention to technique, while identifying personal muscular imbalances and goals. We offer thoughtful modifications throughout your workout so you can gain a better understand of your bodies specific needs. This is an intermediate level mat class using small props and weights. Tone & Recharge is a recommended prerequisite for this class.


Advanced Level

Power Mat III

A full-body workout blending classical and contemporary advanced Pilates repertoire. This class is designed to make you sweat! It will challenge your balance, alignment, range of motion and increase your strength and stability. We also use a variety of small props to get the maximum results from your workout. *Experience necessary Advanced level, Mat I and Mat II is a recommended pre-requisite for this class.
