NOW you can access your Videos from your Momence Account or the App which you can find online for Apple and Android.


What kind of videos do you offer?

We offer everything from introductory videos for those of you who are new to the method all the way to advanced level mat classes and cardio classes! Enjoy our different categories:

Do I need equipment?

No equipment require! We do recommend a good comfortable Pilates mat, a set of small hand weights (1lb to 2lbs), a long theraband of medium resistance and a small Pilates ball (squishy ball), yoga block and a foam roller. You can also add a circle band (booty band) and ankle weights if you like! If you are using props from around your house you can grab soup cans or water bottles for weights, a rolled up bath towel is great to replace a small ball, a couple of small cushions, a pair of tights instead of a theraband band, a hard covered novel to replace your block! Get creative!
