Shawn Haines-Shanahan came to Pilates through her own struggles with chronic back pain and knee injuries. Her approach to health and fitness is about progress, not perfection. It's about fine-tuning the details and making small changes, to increase strength and flexibility and to grow body awareness. Most importantly she wants her clients to be able to take what they've learned into the world with them after the class is over and to become a little stronger every day. Shawn is a Certified Balanced Body Pilates Instructor with over 5 years of experience.
