Studio Policy, Terms and Conditions

Bodymason.ca provides our services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. If you access and use bodymason.ca you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Site.

All products and services of bodymason.ca and its subsidiaries and affiliates are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable agreements governing their use. The Terms are to be read by you together with any terms, conditions or disclaimers provided in the pages of the Site. In the event of any conflict, the terms provided in the pages of the Site will govern.

The information, material and content provided in the pages of bodymason.ca may be changed at any time without notice. Changes may be made to the Terms at any time without notice by updating this posting. You agree to review the Terms regularly and your continued access or use of the Site will mean that you agree to any changes.

 

RESERVATIONS

Classes are available on a first come first serve basis. To avoid disappointment, drop-in classes can be booked up to 1 week in advance online, and ongoing registrations through the front desk for any period of time. Clients with active Memberships have assess to classes up to 3 months in advance and have priority booking.

WAIT-LIST

If a class is fully booked, please sign up for our waiting list. An automatic email will be sent once a spot opens up. Please respond to the email if you are no longer interested in taking the class so the next person in line can take the spot. If you do not respond we will assume you are coming and you will be billed accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Late cancellations and missed bookings will be charged $15. A late cancellation is anyone who cancels with less than:

• 12 hours for all classes

• 24 hours for Private, Semi-private, and Small Group

• For memberships you we reserve the right to revoke online registration privileges for members with five or more late cancels within a calendar month.

• For semi-private session, a client who cancels with less than 24 hours notice will be charged, but the remaining client will still have their workout.

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, but we have to be strict, fair, and consistent with all clients and therefore no exceptions will be made. By registering for a class, you agree to adhere to these policies.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend classes, combine classes, change teachers, or limit enrolment. Classes will be cancelled if there is insufficient enrolment or if the designated teacher cannot be suitably replaced. We will make every effort to notify you of any cancellations as promptly as possible. Please always refer to our online schedule for the most up-to-date schedule.

• All students must sign in prior to class. If you do not sign in, you will be considered a “Late cancel” and charged accordingly.

• If you have reserved a space in a class and are gong to be late, please let the studio know. Otherwise your spot will be made available to others at class start.

• For the safety and satisfaction of all students, late entry will not be permitted five minutes after class start.

• First time guests are requested to arrive ten minutes before class to fill in a registration form and waiver.

Please wear comfortable workout clothing. No bare upper body please. No shoes are permitted in our practise rooms. Socks with anti-slip bottoms are recommended for Barre and Equipment classes. Due to scent allergies, please refrain from using perfumes.

REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS

All purchased are non-refundable. Unused sessions can be transferred to a person of your choice, unless otherwise noted in a promotional package purchased. Packages can be converted to a value on your Body Mason Studio account, and may be used towards future purchases. This option is only available when you notify us prior to the expiration date of your package. Any classes or sessions attended within the package are then charged on a single session rate. In the event of a personal injury or illness, please contact the front desk.

PRIVACY

Please review our Privacy Statement. This statement also governs your visit to bodymason.ca and is intended to help you understand our practices.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Any unprotected Email communication over the Internet is, as with communication via any other medium (e.g. cellular phones, post office mail), not confidential, subject to possible interception or loss, and is also subject to possible alteration. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

No endorsement or approval of any third parties or their advice, opinions, information, products or services is expressed or implied by any Information.

Links from or to web sites outside bodymason.ca are meant for convenience only. Bodymason.ca does not review, endorse, approve or control, and is not responsible for any sites linked from or to the Site, the content of those sites, the third parties named therein, or their products and services. Linking to any other site is at your sole risk and Body Mason will not be responsible or liable for any damages in connection with linking. PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS & SERVICES

All Credit Cards will be processed in Canadian Dollars at the time of payment. Bodymason.ca is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. In effect, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

BODY MASON EXERCISE PROGRAMS

All services purchased from bodymason.ca must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing an information form and liability waiver, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian. The applicant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of bodymason.ca and acknowledges that these rules and regulations may change from time to time. Furthermore, all applicants release bodymason.ca, its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property. If purchasing packages that require payments to be made in instalments, the applicant agrees to approve such instalments be made by credit card on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.

REGISTRATION & PURCHASE

To register or purchase from the bodymason.ca online booking system, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

PERSONAL AGREEMENT

I agree that Body Mason is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss, or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns, or legal representatives will sue or make claims of any kind whatsoever against or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
