Holy mother of fascia. From the first time her glutes felt the sweet glory of flying plank on the reformer in early 2015, Rachel Lindover knew she had found her soulmate- the functional movement kind.
As a hyper-mobile Yoga and spin junkie without core stability or body awareness, and physical pains that kept getting worse, Pilates revealed itself to be the language her body was desperate to learn, so she decided to build a habit.
Fast forward four years, numerous Yoga Tune-Up Balls, fascia workshops, reduced lower back pain, and a full body strength previously unknown, Rachel decided to leap into a double certification for Mat and Reformer at Muse Movement in Toronto.
As an artist with a peculiar ability to combine that which doesnโt ordinarily pair, Rachel fuses her multi-disciplinary background in design, sustainability, essential oils, and meditation to fuel an intense and liberating class- one that implores her students to transform their preconceived notions of what is possible.
