Julia Smorodina is a fully trained Body Harmonics Pilates and BarreWorks Barre instructor. Having been involved in ballet from an early age, Julia came to appreciate the practice of graceful, balanced, and precise movement. She was drawn to Pilates as an exercise system because it lays the foundation for strength and balance, teaching you to recruit the deeper, initiating and stabilizing muscles we often neglect. Through practiced activation and training of these hidden muscles, their recruitment becomes automatic and transferable to any activity. Julia is excited to be a part of the Body Mason team and share her love for physical health through Pilates.
