We built a Summer Program to provide consistency and results based on your fitness goals! This program includes 4 live classes and 4 (minimum) on demand videos a week. Choose from one of our three options to start your 2-week intensive August 4th!

RESTORE & RECOVER - Level I/II

Reset and recover your body with 2 weeks of Tone & Recharge, stretching and mindfulness meditation.

REBUILD - Level II/III

Gain strength, deepen your practise and improve balance with this 2 week program of Body Conditioning, Arms & Abs and Legs & Butt.

ELEVATE - Level III

Push your body and mind to increase strength and power with this intense 2 weeks of Power Mat III and Cardio Barre III and a sprinkle of Arms & Abs and Legs & Butt for good measure.
