Essential Level

Essential Reformer I

The Reformer was built to inform the Pilates Mat work, this class covers the essential repertoire for the Pilates Reformer. The aim of this class is to educate you on your specific machine settings and to learn the goals behind each exercise. This a no fluff class, we keep it slow and steady for a mindful and focused burn.

Essential Mat I

Learn the foundations of the Pilates method or deepen the basics. This class develops and refines proper biomechanics and increased body awareness as the foundation for all Pilates exercises.  We guide you through a series that explores what ‘connecting to your core’ means while learning the basic Pilates terminology. This class will give you the foundations to creating that functional, strong core you desire, and help you be successful in intermediate and advanced level classes.

Tone and Recharge Mat I/II

Recharge from your week in this nurturing all-levels mat Pilates class that helps bring your awareness back into your body while you shed some daily stress from both your body and mind. Each class begins with invigorating conditioning and toning, and ends with deeply relaxing more restorative work.

Spring Wall™

Learn all about the Spring Wall™. The Spring Wall™ provides a very functional full body workout that challenges you in standing, kneeling, side-lying, prone & supine positions. It combines the best of mat work core exercises with the added resistance of spring tension, unique and different from the reformer. These classes will help improve posture, offers variety to your pilates regime, and leaves you feeling balanced and strong.


Intermediate Level

Morning Masons Mat II

Start the day by waking up your body and mind with this mixed level mat workout. Essential and intermediate levels. Essential Mat is a recommended pre-requisite for this class..

Body Conditioning Mat & Reformer II

Gain a more detailed understanding of correct alignment with specific attention to technique, while identifying personal muscular imbalances and misuses throughout your workout. This class is a more deliberate pace and prepares you for Intermediate level class, Essential level classes are a recommended prerequisite for this class.

Arms & Abs Mat II

Enjoy a mat class specifically developed to define your shoulders and arms, while tightening and toning your mid-section. Utilize various pieces of small equipment to always keep your workout new and exciting. **Experience necessary, Essential Mat is a recommended pre-requisite for this class. 

Spring Wall II

The Spring Wall™ provides a very functional full body workout that challenges you in standing, kneeling, side-lying, prone & supine positions. This workout is designed to add a new challenge to the traditional Pilates exercises by incorporating spring resistance with tough to hold positions. These classes will help improve posture, offer variety to your Pilates regime, and leave you feeling balanced and strong! Spring Wall I is a suggested prerequisite for this class.

Abs & Bum Mat II

Get ready for an hour focused on two of our favourites- sculpting your bum, and toning your tum! An intermediate level class that will ask your core muscles to turn on, and fire up! Your bum won’t even have a chance to be lazy, as we maximize your tone and lift experience. We want two of our favourite experiences, to become yours too!

Cardio Tramp I/II

Introduction to Cardio-Tramp™! Get your heart rate up with cardio interval training, using the Cardio-Tramp™ attachment on the reformer. Alternate between cardio intervals and strength training.


Advanced Level

Lunch Time Burn Reformer III

Brings a new meaning to the term Power Lunch! A fast paced 45min reformer workout that will leave you feeling the burn until lunchtime tomorrow! **Experience necessary. Advanced level, Foundations is a recommended pre-requisite for this class.

Legs and Butt Mat III

This mat class is specifically developed to sculpt and tone your lower body to give you the ‘lift’ you’ve always wanted. **Experience necessary, Essential Mat is a recommended pre-requisite for this class.

Power Reformer III

A classic Advanced Pilates reformer workout. The machine provides resistance training and support for advanced repertoire, increasing whole body strength, stability and flexibility. **Experience necessary. Body Conditioning Reformer II is a recommended pre-requisite for this class.

Power Mat III

A full body workout, focusing on sculpting long, lean muscles and toning trouble areas. Use a variety of Pilates props to get the maximum results from your workout.

Cardio Tramp III

Get your heart rate up and sweat it out with cardio interval training, using the Cardio-Tramp™ attachment on the reformer. Alternate between cardio intervals and strength training. **Experience necessary. Advanced level, Essential Reformer is a recommended pre-requisite for this class.


Specialty Classes

ELDOA

Meditation for your spine. ELDOA is a revolutionary stretching and strengthening technique for the spine and joints of the body. The ELDOAs, developed by French Osteopath Guy Voyer, target every level of your spine to decompress and normalize the tension around each vertebrae. The result is renewed strength and balance throughout your body and better posture. *ELDOA is a French acronym: Etirements Longitudinaux Decoaptation Osteo-Articulaire (English: Longitudinal Stretching of the Osteo Articular joints).

Restorative Pilates (Mat & Machine Split)

Work deeply, slowly and supported to reset and restore the body. Take a deeper look at proper biomechanics, bone rhythm and muscle firing patterns. Suitable for all bodies and levels looking to unwind, dealing with chronic illness, or recovering from an injury. Essential and post rehab levels. This is a mixed Mat and Reformer class.

Reformer/Mat III Circuit

Come experience another level with the mixed equipment workout. This 55 minutes class will take you through multiple rounds of exercise on both the Reformer and the Mat. The resistance of the Reformer and deep core conditioning on the Mat will bring your workout to another level. Get ready to challenge your whole body, tone up and lean out with this high tempo, endurance and strength mixed equipment class.

***Reformer Circuit class requires a minimum of 10 Body Conditioning Reformer Group classes and 10 Body Conditioning Mat classes or an instructor's approval.
