This 4 session workshop takes your fundamental knowledge of Joseph Pilates classical mat work and brings you to your feet to challenge balance, coordination and overall strength. With an emphasis on breath, pelvic placement, scapular movement and stability and head placement, this workshop offers an opportunity to further develop your overall movement abilities as you move through this series of standing postures designed to build a new awareness of postural alignment, physical fluidity and freedom of movement.
